TheSr. R&D Balloon Catheter Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing multiple projects. This position requires a candidate with product development experience in the medical device arena specializing in PTA and PTCA catheters.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
• Be responsible for the technical development of catheter based products from concept through to completion.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and associated resources.
• Develop innovation solutions to optimize design and fabrication.
• Develop and qualify processes to produce and assemble catheters.
• Prepare, manage, and execute equipment installations, process qualifications and product validations.
• Identify and interact with vendors to obtain materials and equipment.
• Develop relationships with customers with a view to identifying and quantifying further opportunities.
• Maintain product files and other relevant documentation to comply with quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:


5+ year’s industry experience in a medical R&D product development environment. Experience in PTA/PTCA catheters
3D modelling and drafting experience using Solid Works.
Working knowledge of biocompatible metal and polymer materials
A BS in engineering, scientific degree, or equivalent
Must show proven capability to have excellent communication skills, motivation and be proactive

Primary responsibilities of “Network Capacity Analyst":

• Capacity Reporting – Build capacity reports / charts showing the utilization of network elements and interfaces including the historical trend and the projected future demand based on those trends for all interfaces and elements within the geographic area of responsibility.

COST ACCOUNTANT 

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Ensure all Factory inventory transactions are executed in compliance with existing or newly developed process and procedures. Transaction processes include, but are not limited to, all system (MAS, Navision) inventory transactions, opening / closing work orders, development of / changes to BOMs', transfers between facilities, posting and proper valuation of transactions to the correct G/L account, etc. Individual must posses the ability to handle multiple tasks in a very dynamic and demanding factory environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish BOM process and procedure
o Define, develop, document, and implement overall process from inception to completion. Processes would include establishing new item numbers, routings, yield factors, run rates, etc.
o Define process for developing product standards
o Work with Marketing and R & D on clear guidelines before moving forward with new product launches
o Co-packer fees and how to capture in BOM
Implement, in association with a project team, new standard cost methodology.
o Maintain integrity of standard costs
Publish monthly financial results consistent with corporate guidelines.
Working directly with the warehouse managers, ensure the accuracy of perpetual balances.
o Eliminate the creation of negative inventory balances by identifying and correcting the root cause
Develop excess and obsolescence review process

Audit and maintain support documentation for all inventory adjustments in compliance with SOX.
Conduct monthly book-to-perpetual inventory reconciliation
Participate in annual budget process. Work with department heads to develop expense budgets, standard labor / OH rates, material standards, inventory metric objectives, etc.
Publish inventory and other production report(s) comparing results against target metrics.
Able to work on cross-functional project teams.
o Develop a cycle-count program to replace quarterly physical inventories
o Educate, train, and establish disciplines to improve the integrity of perpetual inventory balances.
Understand and document entire work order process
o Understand in-house vs. outside work order process and how they flow to the G/L
o How does a routing apply labor and OH to a BOM or does it?
o Rules of engagement need to be defined and adhered to
Support FG reconciliation between MAS and Navision
Special projects
Other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
