Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex technical functions in support of engineering activities, such as set up, operation, maintenance, modification, circuit testing, calibration, and troubleshooting as related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems, Tactical Data Links (TDL), and Mini Racks within a Lab environment. Diagnoses and corrects equipment and system malfunctions which fail to respond to standard corrective measures. Develops or evaluates test procedures and determines technical requirements for various systems. Assists with the preparation of reports, charts, and graphs related to technical functions as required
