As the ideal candidate, you will take responsibility for creating purchase orders, processing provider invoices, reviewing orders for billing accuracy, generating invoices, assisting in wire transfers and managing data integrity in SAP. Your diplomatic and results-driven approach will ensure the successful follow-through of processes from beginning to end.

You will have strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a head for numbers. You will also have strong negotiation, organizational, administrative, and team work skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required and a college degree is preferred. SAP knowledge would be a definite asset and a background in AP/billing would be advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:


Ensure complaint has been categorized correctly

Determine and confirm member eligibility and benefits

Obtain additional documentation required for case review

Initiate outbound contact to members or providers

Research and resolve written complaints submitted by consumers and physicians/providers

Render decision for non-clinical complaints using sound, fact-based decision making

Draft verbiage for use in outbound correspondence

Qualifications:

 


High school diploma or GED or 10 years work experience

1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems; OR 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties required

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required

Experience with Healthcare/Medical/Pharmacy terminology highly preferred

Experience using AS400 and PAS computer systems is highly preferred

Strong customer service orientation

Prior stable work experience

Strong communication/telephone skills

Sound decision making skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

Create and maintain database of all winners information.


Maintain and store inventory of prizes (tickets /packages) for contests in prize room.


Provide weekly prize inventory report to Marketing and Promotions Director.


Return all unused prizes to Office Manager.
