Monitor performance and recommend corrective or disciplinary action.  Alert management of potentially serious issues.



Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.



Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier or other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/securing assigned bank.


Routinely check in/check-out guests, answer phones, take reservations and assist staff with job functions. 

Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction.

Complete opening and closing shift duties, and communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.

Respond appropriately to guest complaints.  Make appropriate service recovery gestures in accordance with established guidelines.





Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. 



Perform other duties as assigned which may include but not limited to guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.



 




Job Requirements 

Requirements include aHigh School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front office/guest relations experience including supervisory training/experience.   Some college is preferred and you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

JOB FUNCTION:

This individual manages and executes all raw
material qualification, testing, and release activities, in addition to
environmental and water quality monitoring in support of manufacturing
operations.  The Manager also coordinates testing to be performed by other
QC personnel and by contract laboratories.  Additionally, this individual
drives advances in analytical capabilities for raw material testing and
environmental and water quality monitoring and contributes to the
development of the QC department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Manage and execute all raw materials release activities, which include:
· Qualification, testing, and release of raw materials for use in
manufacturing
· Establishment and revision of specifications and sampling plans for raw
materials
· Development and optimization of new and existing analytical methods for
qualification and release testing of raw materials
· Sampling and testing for environmental and water quality monitoring
2. Manage raw material release activities to meet deadlines tied to
manufacturing schedules and to fulfill technical and compliance requirements
3. Write, review, and approve QC Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) as
needed
4. Expand analytical capabilities of the QC department as necessary to
assure the quality of raw materials, controlled manufacturing areas, and
process water
5. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new analytical technologies and
instrumentation for raw material, environmental, and water testing
6. Provide training, day-to-day scheduling, mentoring, and coaching for QC
personnel who contribute to raw material release activities
7. Investigate Out-Of-Specification (OOS) test results, write reports and
implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent reoccurrences
8. Manage external test laboratories for contract testing of raw materials
and other related testing
9. Review test data for completeness and accuracy
10. Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries
11. Perform other duties as needed

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Stay abreast of new developments in analytical technologies
2. Contribute to improvements in laboratory operations to increase
efficiency and GMP compliance
3. Ability to work and communicate effectively with others within the
company to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related science and 3+ years of experience in
analytical chemistry and GMP/GLP experience or MS in Analytical Chemistry or
related science and a minimum of 6+ years of analytical laboratory and
GMP/GLP experience

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

1. Broad knowledge of modern analytical chemistry
2. Extensive experience in cGMP laboratory testing
3. Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, TLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Karl
Fisher Titrator, FTIR, MS, TOC, bacterial endotixin (gel clot), and
bioburden
4. Methods development experience
5. Experience in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test
methods

We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse, Care Manager - Patient Support Center - Torrance, CA  - PER DIEM
Responsible for ensuring the continuity of care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting utilizing the appropriate resources within the parameters of established contracts and patients' health plan benefits.  Facilitates continuum of patients' care utilizing basic nursing knowledge, experience and skills to ensure appropriate utilization of resources and patient quality outcomes.  Performs care management functions on-site or telephonically as the need arises.  Reports findings to the Care Management department Supervisor / Manager / Director in a timely manner.

Determine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits.
Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

·         A Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of staffing or service industry experience
·         Knowledge of the recruiting and interviewing process
·         Excellent customer service skills
